City of Aurora | The City of Aurora wanted to provide step-by-step bi-lingual guides for property managers and residents in one of Illinois’ largest historic and diverse cities. Working with a public/private partnership of neighborhood representatives and municipal staff, Elumin created the award-winning publications to focus attention on the importance of property maintenance in the city’s quality of life.
The "Good Neighbor Tips" guide and "Keep It Clean and Green" brochure that was mailed to all residents of Aurora, Illinois. In October 2005, the , Elumin is consulting with the City of Aurora on several other communications projects which seek to build a stronger sense of community and enhance the awareness of local attractions and cultural history.
