Aurora Economic Development Corporation | Elumin assisted the AEDC to assess the signage and wayfinding needs for visitors getting to and from Downtown Aurora, Illinois. Elumin faciliatated 3 meetings which included area businesses, governmental agencies, cultural centers, police and fire representatives, and local residents. The findings were ultimately included in the Aurora Strategic Plan delivered in 2005, and lead to Elumin developing a plan and design for the Aurora Downtown Parking System in 2006.
